MSS named as a Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplace for 15th Consecutive Year

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been named a Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplace for the 15th year running! The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey that measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

• Our survey response rate was 89.3%. The average for companies similar in size is just 62%.
• The comment analysis cloud which summarizes themes from the survey comments included words like family, flexibility, relationships, welcomed, supportive, peers, work/life balance, and stability.
